Joss Whedon to write and direct Avengers sequel
Hot off the back it’s success, Disney has confirmed that Joss Whedon will once again write and direct the Avengers sequel…
They confirmed in March that there would be a sequel after the first instalment broke records with US box offices with an impressive $200 million opening!
Disney have also revealed that Mr Whedon will also create a Marvel-related TV series for ABC.
The Avengers had an impressive all star cast, and most are expected to return, while Scarlet Johansson reportedly stands to earn $20 million to reprise her role as Black Widow in the upcoming sequel.
